Working as part of the centralised client and matter opening team in Manchester the Legal Support Administrator incepts new instructions received into the business utilising various case management systems for all legal teams in the business. They provide a quality service to both external and internal customers ensuring all data entry is accurate.

Legal Support Administrators also assess and process the insurers' instructions utilising digital software and methods to effectively facilitate the paperless file opening by utilising PDF binder software.

Skills that are essential for this role include proficiency in IT systems, a high standard of communication, attention to detail and time management. Together with a strong understanding of legal procedures in the relevant legal sector, an excellent knowledge of legal terminology and ability to prioritise deadlines and team goals is also required.
