We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our client at an exciting time, providing essential support for their core products across the UK.

Role Overview:

As part of their MSP support desk, you’ll manage a range of products including Gamma Horizon, Unified Communications, Connectivity, mobile airtime, remote desktop support, and Microsoft 365.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing support tickets and ensuring SLAs are met.

* Communicating updates during incidents and bridging gaps between customers and technical teams.

* Supporting sales teams and identifying new opportunities.

Required Skills:

* 2+ years’ experience in technical support.

* Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

* Experience with remote desktop support, Microsoft 365, Intune, networking, firewalls, and telecommunications systems.

* Familiarity with UC/Horizon configuration, WLR, and connectivity setup.
