Weekly pay, 28 days’ holiday, Temporary to Permanent, training provided, £10.76 per hour, 8pm to 8am – Sunday to Thursday, Friday and Saturday – 12 midnight to 12 noon.  The call centre is open 7 days a week, 365 days per annum so your work will be on a shift basis and will be including some weekends and Bank Holidays.

We have an exciting opportunity for 2 IT Customer Support people to work behalf of a major Global client, offering support to their Australian/American customers regarding their mobile phones/laptops/tablets and etc. Queries may be regarding the Sim, top up service, account details or general questions regarding IT equipment. This is a great chance to use your knowledge within IT and connect with people on the other side of the world!

You will be speaking to the customers, over the telephone and entering the information onto the database and finding out the information to relay to the customer. If it is really technical then calls are passed to 2nd line support.

For this position you will have:

A good understanding of IT and ideally worked on 1st line support for PC's, Laptops, Tablets or mobile phones.
Excellent customer service experience
Excellent data entry skills 
Thrive on sorting out issues and giving customers an exemplary service
A keen interest in technology
