Internal Sales Administrator – Luton – Up to £25k
Working within the sales department of this successful sports, events, and promotional merchandise company, the Internal Sales administrator will be processing customer requests, such as quotations, sales orders, samples, artwork, briefs and proofs.
With a key focus on a professional and efficient selling /service approach via email and telephone, your duties as the Internal Sales administrator will include but not be limited to:
* Provide an effective first point of contact for customer/company
* Direct contact with customers via email / telephone
* Promote sales through these mediums
* Assist in the conversion of enquiries to orders
* Act in a sales order coordinator role between studio, production and customers
* Responsible for accurately inputting quotes
* Responsible for accurately inputting sales orders (leading to proforma and final invoicing accuracy all via CRM)
* Responsible for navigating the customer order through the various stages using CRM as a diary based / task reminder.
* Responsible for updating customer with all relevant information
* Responsible for ensuring customer order is dispatched on time or bringing to the attention of the GM as soon as a potential late delivery is recognised
* To maintain excellent customer relationships
* To maintain clean, tidy efficient working environment
* Support the sales department in seeking continuous improvement and as such support the business improvement plan
The successful applicant will have a track record in sales or marketing, with previous experience in data entry with a high level of accuracy. Excellent communication skills – both written and spoken, you are likely to be a self motivated team player who can work by on your own initiative and report accurately relevant points to maximize sales potential.
