About the Pre-Sales and Implementation Manager role:

In this role you will build, manage and support all technical aspects of new and existing customers’ requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

*    Effective project and time management to ensure customer and prospect deadlines are met.
*    Building, maintaining, and delivering Storm’s platform to deliver against key customer requirements.
*    Building, maintaining, and delivering end user training to our customers and prospects.
*    Managing all aspects of technical support, using both traditional and new age methods
*    Working with Storm’s key vendor and suppliers to ensure all technology is up to date and compatible with customers’ needs.

Duties will also include:

*    Interfacing with vendor teams on new capabilities, feature releases, bugs, and issues
*    Ensuring working relationships with the other teams within the business such as support and engineering
*    Developing an in-depth technical understanding of the service portfolio and customer solutions
*    Adhering to all existing processes and procedures and provide recommended improvements and implement any necessary changes
*    Maintaining good relationships with key suppliers and ensure effective channels of escalations are in place
*    Ensuring that customer first and second line support issues are managed based on business priority.
*    Liaising with Sales to offer advice for new opportunities
*    Carrying out monthly risk review and audit on all areas of infrastructure
*    Continually reviewing and identify cost savings
*    Managing integrity of configuration information
*    Acting as a point of escalation and point of contact for technical and management escalation
*    Working to deadlines and ensure customers receive full and detailed reports on issues relating to their solutions
*    Documenting processes and procedures
*    Providing monthly management reports
*    Meeting with customers directly as and when required
*    Fronting presales and technical advisory to management
*    Creating demonstrations tailored to the customer requirement
*    Creating documentation to support the solutions we deliver at go-live e.g., RAMs, statement of work etc
*    Scoping, purchasing, provisioning, and implementing all equipment related to installs/ongoing management
*    Staying up to date with latest devices and showcase to management

About you:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience in a similar role and should be willing to travel when needed, including travel abroad to Storm customers and prospects.

This is a ‘hands on’ role which requires a level of technical awareness with the ability to discuss technical issues both internally and externally with customers.
