HR Administrator
Minimum 6 month contract
Hybrid role after induction – 3 days in Borough Green, 2 days work from home
Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm – 35 hour week (28 hours may be considered for the right candidate)

Our client, a market leading manufacturer within the construction industry, is looking for a HR Administrator to join their fast-paced and friendly HR team to support them with HR systems migration project. Although previous office experience is not required, an interest or basic understanding of HR would definitely be an advantage. However, attitude, commitment, accuracy and attention to detail are the most important criteria for our client and so candidates from any background will be considered. You must be confident working on a computer all day, including using their HR system and Microsoft Excel.

Duties for this HR Administrator will include but not be limited to:

Collate and scan all payroll and HR documents to save in the employees' electronic personnel files
Data entry on the internal HR system
Filing hardcopy documents
Updating Microsoft Excel
Ad-hoc administration for HR and payrollKnowledge, skills and experience required for this HR Administrator:

Good communication and telephone manner
Working knowledge of all Microsoft packages
Self-motivated and organised
