Overview

A client of mine based in Camden are currently on the lookout for a Housing Options Advisor to provide casework services directly with Ukrainian refugees and their Sponsors under the Homes For Ukraine Scheme.

Role Requirements

This will include visiting clients in their current homes or other places.
This will include ensuring high quality communications with people whose first language is not English.
There will be data entry requirements for high quality record keeping and reporting purposes so good IT skills are essential.
You are required to have a sympathetic and compassionate approach to vulnerable people.
You will need to be able to work closely with teams, services and external organisations.
Experience within Homelessness service in a local authority / Housing Association is essential. This can be in the form of temporary accommodation or rehousing teams.Please apply with an up to date CV attached to be considered for this opportunity
