Are you looking for a new opportunity? Randstad CPE is recruiting for a Facilities Administrator to join our clients team. This is a new project for them and they are excited in building the correct team to grow the business with them. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and customers within the business calling into the helpdesk. You need to have a strong customer services background and be highly focused on being able to give the right support to stakeholders and customers within the business.
The role is on site for the premises within the Leeds centre.
This role is temporary but for the right candidate there is a chance for a permanent position.
Package included:
Salary is up to £21,000 per annum.
Working hours 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday (40 Hours per week)
Training facilities in place to gain better knowledge and understanding.
Main duties include:
Providing support by answering calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
Prioritising tasks due to the information provided by the client.
Be the first and main point of contact.
Data entry onto spreadsheets
Uploading and generating invoices
Managing complaints accordingly.
Ensuring that KPIs are met in time.
General administrative support
Financial Ad hoc.
Providing weekly/ monthly and yearly reports
Requirements:
Excellent computer skills with use of email, word processing, invoices and excel.
Strong administrative background
Experience working within a Facilities Management environment with CAFM systems ( This is deserided )
Strong organisational and planning skills, Meticulous attention to detail
There are parking stations near the building, and public transport is easily accessible.
