Page Personnel are thrilled to be working with one of the Leading Residential Developers in the UK to recruit for a Buying Administrator on a 5 month Fixed term contract basis for their office based in Birchwood. We are looking for a Graduate in Procurement or Buying.

Our client is one of the most prestigious property developer's in the UK. They have a known presence in over the whole of the UK and Spain. The ideal candidate will be immediately available as this is a 5 month Fixed Term Contract and they are looking for someone to start immediately.

Description

The main responsibilities of the Graduate Procurement Administrator are:

Data entry ensuring all data is entered accurately
Raising orders
Assist with preparing/issuing tender packs digitally via document hosting service
Assisting to complete tender analyses once quotations are submitted
Raising main bulk orders
Raising orders for materials requested from the site manager
Following the internal process of obtaining approval for orders over a certain value
Reviewing invoice queries from the finance department
Liaising with suppliers Profile

The successful Graduate Procurement Administrator will posses:

Computer literate
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to work quickly
Excellent communication skills
High attention to detail
