Working in our busy planning department, you’ll contribute to the overall satisfaction of our customers by ensuring that aircraft parts are recorded correctly when received on site. You’ll handle and carry out traceability tagging of aircraft parts, therefore you will be required to be organised, focused and have the ability to record traceability details accurately.
You’ll be the point of contact for our customers and other business units/departments and will deal with any queries promptly and efficiently.
After training, you will also be expected to liaise with delivery drivers manage goods receipt, count goods, measure goods, enter relevant KPI data into the computer system and provide backup resource to the sales order processing team where needed.
Essential Skills
* You’ll be a strong team player with the ability to work unsupervised.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to demonstrate high levels of accuracy and strong attention to detail
* Excellent IT Skills and data entry skills
Desirable skills
* SAP knowledge
* Forklift trained (or willing to be trained)
