Overview
Progress Teachers are seeking a passionate and dedicated Geography Teacher to join our dynamic educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Geography and a genuine enthusiasm for imparting knowledge to students. As a Geography Teacher, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging, comprehensive geography lessons to inspire and educate our students.
You will be required to:
· Assist pupils in developing as effective, independent learners and as critical and reflective thinkers with enquiring minds
· Use excellent subject knowledge to plan engaging lessons and teach the curriculum
· Manage the learning of students in a secure and friendly environment, in which they can thrive
Requirements:
· DBS registered to the update service – or willing to get one
· Satisfactory references
· An Undergraduate Education Degree or a degree in any subject
· QTS
