Finance Assistant Responsibilities:

* Accounts receivable and credit control, chasing overdue invoices by telephone and email

* Statement reconciliation and dealing with customer queries

* Matching, coding and posting of PL Invoices

* Supplier statement reconciliation

* Payment Runs

* Daily and Monthly bank reconciliations

* Monthly tasks to assist with management reports

* Adhoc Reporting

Hours: 8 hours a day

Finance Assistant Requirements:

* At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role

* Proficient with Excel

* Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry

* Commitment to self-improvement and a can do attitude

* Ability to work under pressure and communicate with senior stakeholders

* Ability to commute for work

* Minimum 2 years experience in accounts is preferred
