Overview

Primary responsibilities:

* Issuing invoices and receipts to clients

* Resolving outstanding payments and sending collection statements

* Updating account information and records of clients

* Process new customer onboarding: credit checks

* Issue monthly statements to customers

* Credit control

* Dealing with customer queries

Secondary responsibilities to cover for Finance administrative and finance accounting assistant:

* Supporting the preparation of management accounts and month-end duties

* Raising Supplier and internal purchase orders

* Processing suppliers’ invoices

* Daily bank reconciliation

* Weekly payment run

* Dealing with customer and supplier queries

The person:

* Accuracy with data entry

* Ability to communicate complex financial information in a simple, understandable format

* Proficiency in working with spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel

* AAT level 2- A degree in accounting

* 2 or 3 years of experience in a similar position

* Part -Qualified ACCA accountant
