JDT-Solutions require a Finance Administrator fro a permanent role in Culcheth – Warrington

About the Role

* Various administrative tasks including data entry as required, which will include working in partnership with the operational team which may include but is not limited to the following :

* Answer the phone and re-direct calls to team members, taking messages and emailing staff members where appropriate.

* Upload invoices onto our accounting system

* Make contact with, create accounts and set up direct debits with Utility providers and Local Authority Council Tax Departments

* Control, order and ship inventory to our satellite offices when asked to do so.

* To be flexible with the ability to take on any task when and as required

* To be a good team player, and take responsibility for your personal development in the job role, and to attend training relevant to the post.

Essential Skills

* Experience in using Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook

* Keyboarding Skills

* GCSE Math's and English C or above

* Good communicator and listener

Desirable Skills

* To have experience working in a similar role or setting

* Full UK driving License

* First Aid (or willing to learn)

* Hours to be worked will be from 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday

* 28 days annual leave plus 8 days bank holidays

* Company Pension after qualifying period
