8am-5pm Monday to Friday – £28,000 p/annum ( 6month FTC ) – Will be looking to extend past this as the lady is off on maternity leave for 12 months.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Facilities Administrator to support the Estate Management team in this vibrant and attractive residential development in SE1. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role covering for a staff member in maternity cover and would suit someone who is happy to learn as they go.

Your main duties will include:

Raising purchase orders
General office administration and support including creating and maintaining property files
Preparing reports
Dealing with external contractors
Maintaining supplies of office stationery and equipment
Covering the reception/concierge desk answering phone calls and greeting visitors
Maintain data on software system
Sorting correspondence and general administration duties
Uploading documents
Supporting Property Management Team with administrative tasks and Property InspectionsRequirements:

Ideally a background in a property and Facility Administration
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience with block management/lettings
A strong administrator with accurate data entry
Excellent IT skills
A multi-tasker
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to problem solve
An ability to show initiative
A positive and ambitious outlook
