Basic Salary £30,000 plus excellent benefits include pension scheme, 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays and discretionary bonus

Full Time, Permanent Role

Our client a reputable and well-established professional body based in Bank/Moorgate London within the professional services sector is looking to recruit an Events Administrator

Responsibilities

Provide membership services, including answering daily membership and events queries, to ensure that maintains high standards of customer service

Work with the Member Engagement Manager in co-ordinating Regional and Special Interest groups, including:

Representing institute at member events

promoting interest group events in line with GDPR

following-up interest group events feedback

maintaining interest group web pages

Co-ordinating the development of thought leadership

Produce and circulate interest groups' newsletters

Administer the Senior Executive Route to Certified Membership

Ensure all new member enrolments are processed efficiently and effectively, including:

Accurate data entry

Invoicing and credit control

Despatch of acknowledgement letters and certificates

Provide support to the Membership Executive and Member Engagement Manager in the implementation of the annual renewals process

Person specification

Essential skills/experience:

Customer service and administration experience

Data management and use of CRM systems

Tact, diplomacy and interpersonal skills to work with international volunteer groups

Organised, methodical, able to balance competing tasks

Ability to work (occasional) unsocial hours

Desirable skills/experience

Experience working in a membership organisation of similar size and operations

Use of content management systems (CMS), broadcast email systems and social media

Events management experience
