This role is working for Nufarm, a globally operating player in the world of agricultural chemicals. Nufarm is investing around £50million into the UK operation in West Yorkshire over the course of the next 4 years, building on an already reputable brand and manufacturing site of around 350 people. Nufarm's leading products, including proven active ingredients, are packaged to deliver practical solutions in continuing to support British Agriculture and offer stability to those employed by them.

As an Engineering Administrator the primary purpose of the role is to assist the wider team with accurate and timely supporting duties. As part of the on-going investment programme on site in Wyke, Bradford this is a new position, which is why this position has become available.

The company is one of the world's foremost chemical manufacturers operating to COMAH regulations, being the largest global producer of the specialist chemical product made across their sites. To maintain their status as a market trailblazer within the sector, this organisation has ambitious but stable expansion and investment strategies over the next 5-10 years in which this individual as Engineering Administrator will be key to delivering and facilitating.

Responsibilities of the Engineering Administrator is to ensure and communicate:-

Provide data entry assistance within the Engineering Asset Management system (EAM) including creating and amending preventative maintenance tasks where advised, requisition requests and receipting of external orders where required.
Provide Administrator backing for the team as and when required.
Provide accurate and timely data and reporting as and when required

To be successful in this position as an Engineering Administrator, you will have a minimum of 3 years' experience from within a busy industrial/manufacturing/distribution office and team environment and an excellent understanding of the MS Office 365 suite of software packages along with a CMMS system (Oracle / SAP) or a Procurement/Invoicing System that raises purchase orders. You will also have a minimum of 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) including Maths and English among academic qualifications. Though certainly not essential, experience and knowledge of what is required to work on a Chemical manufacturing site would certainly be advantageous.
