Early Years Manager – Term time Permanent Hornsey, Greater London

Overview

Bretsa are looking for an experienced and inspirational teacher to take on the responsibility of leading and coordinating an incredible setting in the heart of Hornsey.

The role is 20 hours per week, term time (36 weeks) plus some necessary duties over the term time breaks.

* Early Years/Key Stage 1 teaching experience and openness to alternative educational approaches is essential.

* Leadership and management experience in an education setting is desirable.

* A qualification of at least Childcare level 3 is essential.

Our school consists of a mixed-age kindergarten of 24 children and a number of parent and child groups. We have access to a spacious playroom and a smaller project room as well as a large outdoor area. The children attend from 9am until 1pm five days a week with optional afternoon club provision on two days a week. Our school is situated close to extensive open spaces and woodland and the children have regular outings to these spaces.
