Overview
We are currently seeking a Document Controller to join our Financial Services client in Chelmsford.
The role is designed to provide a multitude of functions within the company across various inbound and outbound processes and there is a requirement to be flexible as you could be asked to move within the teams as business needs require.
There are a variety of shift patterns available:-
* 3am – 11am
* 7.30pm – 3.30am
Main responsibilities will include:
Incoming correspondence
• Process incoming correspondence
• Scanning of documents and system data entry
• Review of scanned work to identify any missed documentation
• Assist with daily issues, investigations as required by the Team Leader
• Organise own daily work within the stated timeframes and complete tasks in line with Team Leader direction
• Work closely with the Team Leaders group to identify training needs
Legal Documents
• Process the return of client’s documentation as per procedure
• Print and match letters with enclosures
• Investigate outstanding items
Other duties
• Monitoring workflow queues
• Retrieve original correspondence from on-site archive
• Print and match letters to corresponding documentation
• Quality check work
