Are you an experienced Administrator who thrives in a busy environment? Perhaps you want to a varied work day tat isn't just data entry?

Working with a well-established business in the Manufacturing sector, you will be working in a busy office environment where no two days are the same! Processing paperwork, booking goods in/out and receiving phone/email orders will all be part of your varied schedule.

No prior experience is required, as full training can be offered on-site but an interest in the engineering/manufacturing sector and previous office experience would be beneficial.

The Role:

Processing sales orders
Organising the paperwork for deliveries from mainland England and ROI
Record data for Customs declarations.
Filing/Scanning of sales and purchase invoices, test certificates, despatch notes and any other correspondence as required.
Dealing with visitors (customers and couriers) to the despatch office in a professional and courteous manner.
Processing goods inwards on the system, ensuring that the same is carried out in a timely and accurate manner.
Liaising with the sales office, warehouse, purchasing and finance department as required.

The Person:

Previous office experience
Comfortable with Microsoft Office- spreadsheet experience would be ideal
Desire to learn on the job
Any experience in Despatch, Logistics or similar would be advantageous
