Level 4 qualification (any discipline) or equivalent PLUS a minimum of two years' relevant experience, OR have four years relevant experience
GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above (or equivalent)
1 years experience of managing and supervising staff
Excellent communication and customer service skills
IT Literate in all MS office packages
Enhanced vetting is required for these roles Duties

The post-holder will work under the direction and guidance of the Campus Administration Officer to ensure an efficient student services and administrative support to the front-line services of the College
Manage a team of Campus Administrators in order to manage a team of administrative support staff in the delivery of a range of front line services including;

Customer enquiries
Processing course applications
Student enrolments (Rapid enrolment and full FESR data entry to QLS
Oversee enrollment processes including the training and supervision of staff
Be responsible for the College front line customer care service through, reception points and offices
Offer basic guidance, support and advice to students and staff on all aspects of enrolments including fee concessions, student support, student finance grants and loans available or refer to the student finance team for further informationFull job description available on request
