JOB ROLE: Data Entry Specialist – SALESFORCE EXPERIENCE

COMPANY: Events

SALARY: 40k – 45k

LOCATION: Covent Garden

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

Must be able to work with all levels of the organisation and have the ability to shift focus when required.
Complete various tasks upon requests of other members of the organisation.
Investigate and follow through on discrepancies or missing information.
Responsible for the accuracy and clarity of all documents.
Other duties as assigned.SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

Be comfortable taking direction and with follow up on timeliness, quality and accountability for result
Experience related to hospitality and/or event management industry
Proven track record of effective project management
Must be able to travel freely around Europe
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management or related field, or equivalent business experience
Strong computer skills, ideally with experience using Salesforce or other CRM type software, Excel and Outreach
Work with a sense of urgency for goal achievement
Multi-task in a fast-paced environment
1+ years' experience in data entry
Have a results focus in all you do
Be detail oriented including in repetitive environments
Have a problem solving orientation
