Overview

DATA MANAGER to be a part of supporting the 40+, and growing client base manages clients’ data relating to 50,000+ properties and the people responsible for those properties.

Keeping this data accurate and up to date ensures that when the team are trying to make appointments to visit sites to conduct surveys, they are able to make the appointments they need and when they arrive on site they are at the correct location, armed with all of the information about the property they are surveying.

The Data Manager role sits within our Operations team and has primary responsibility for the completeness and accuracy of this critical information in our data sets. The role tackles a number of challenges, including managing and improving the quality of new data sets provided by clients, engaging with clients for updates (particularly for contacts who can change frequently), and identifying and resolving day to day data issues.

Day to Day:

* designing and running client engagement programs to extract regular refreshes of property and contact information from the clients

* designing and running verification processes, including directly calling contacts to verify their details and responsibilities

* feeding clean data into the platform on a regular basis to support the sales team as they make appointments and visit sites

* Identifying and reacting to anomalies in the data on a day to day basis, identifying and resolving root causes and individual issues

* Working with our toolkit including our market leading platform, dashboards, and also a fair amount of Excel

* are a perfectionist about data, recognising the positive impact that accurate information has on operations, and the negative impact from inaccuracies

* love spreadsheets, and working with them on a day to day basis, with advanced skills

* have a positive, “I’ll/we’ll solve” it approach to your work

* are confident managing client relationships from a data perspective, including resilience in following up when required

* are happy making calls to data subjects, checking their details and directly updating information about them into systems

* have a minimum of 3 years experience using and managing data sets for operations

* enjoy working in a fast paced environment within a small team of like minded individuals
