Job Title: Data Entry Assistant

Location: Great Yarmouth Campus

Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: Band B £19,099.61

East Coast College are recruiting a Data Entry Assistant to join us as professional members of the Systems, Data & Planning Department.

This varied role will require the individual to demonstrate excellent independent judgement and initiative, strong administration skills and interpersonal skills to ensure the students receives a professional experience from initial enquiry right through to leaving the college.

Duties will include:

* Supporting the college with enrolment of new learners

* Ensuring all data held on college computer systems is accurate, secure and of high quality

* Gain an understanding of all aspects of timetables/register and ILR

* Promoting a teaching, learning and working environment that is free from discrimination and where all students and staff are encouraged to express their individuality
