Hours | 08:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday with a daily 1 hour lunch break

The Data Entry Administrator Role
The successful candidate will be a key member of the Planning, Estimating and Order Verification team within the Planning Department. The primary role is to monitor and record outstanding estimates, obtain quotations from external suppliers, create new and update existing records within our ERP system.
Data Entry Administrator Main duties include:

Record Estimates raised by the Sales team on excel spreadsheet, update when completed by Estimating team and calculate time taken as part of the department KPI
*
Request quotations from external suppliers and update Vendor pricing
*
Create new and update existing Item Codes within our ERP system
*
Convert Estimate Bills of Manufacture to Current and add / update standard text notes required for production
*
To work closely with the Estimating, Sales and Production departments to resolve issues / queries in a timely manner
Data Entry Administrator Further duties include:

Update Customer pricing as part of the Order Verification and Contract Review process
*
Be prepared to train in other departmental roles as and when necessary
*
Adopt a flexible approach to work and be prepared to pick up other duties.
Experience & Requirements

Strong eye for detail with exceptional accuracy

Clear and confident communication, numeracy and literacy skills

Must be proficient in general administration duties

Ability to build effective relationships, both internal and external

Ability to problem solve, work independently, and identify key priorities
Other skills which would be desirable however not essential for the role:

Experience of working with external suppliers
*
Experience of ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
Full training will be given in all aspects of the role.
