Overview

I am recruiting for a Data Entry Clerk on a temporary basis.

Duties will include-

• Answer phone calls to deal with enquiries or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues.

• Systemically confirm in pallets / orders and provide warehouse with Admin support.

• Systemically book out orders on both internal and external systems.

• Work closely with transport, Warehouse team and external stakeholders to ensure planning can be completed swiftly and accurately.

• Perform ad-hoc data analysis using internal and external data to support both management and own decision making

• Accountability to meet individual and team KPI’s

• Working with internal and external stakeholders to resolve claims/ non-receipts and delivery disputes

• Aiding in the completion of other departmental work to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the department.

• Assisting in holiday cover in other departments.

• Regular use of e-mail to communicate with customers and colleagues to solve issues and reply when necessary, Re-booking of orders or loads which have missed their booking.

CANDIDATES WITH DATA ENTRY EXPERIENCE ARE REQUIRED AND STRONG ADMINISTRATION SKILLS.

SUPPLY CHAIN/ LOGISTICS OR TRANSPORT EXPERIENCE WOULD BE IDEAL.

CANDIDATES MUST BE COMPUTER LITERATE.

HOURS ARE MONDAY- FRIDAY 6AM- 2PM
