Data Administrator

Salary £25, 000

Hours Monday to Friday 830 – 5 (can be flexible if needed)

Hybrid working if wanted can be optional

Multitask personnel are recruiting for a Data analyst/administrator based in Birmingham (city centre) to work with a manufacturing company within this role you will liaise with colleague es in a diverse group of businesses, from restaurants to house builders you will work to ensure the timely and accurate submission of data and reports. Data processing through internal systems to produce reports used by senior managers. The role will involve all administrative duties, analysing data, updating databases, and producing reports. Most importantly to provide administrative support for a small fast paced team.

Main responsibilities

Dealing with incoming and outgoing data submissions, correspondence, and queries from various sites within the group.

Checking data quality from site submissions. Communicate with deferent sites to resolve any errors, chase missing data or late submissions.

Processes data accurately and effectively. Data entry, retrieval, and database maintenance.

Filing and archiving.

Creating and managing documents, assisting with the production of spreadsheets and presentations.

Compiling simple reports.

Carry out ad hoc project work as required.


Has the ability to work under pressure and multi-task

An eye for detail and can complete tasks and duties to a high standard. You would need to be a fast learner, confident with using excel and have fantastic communication skills.

Whilst experience in the finance or accounting is advantageous, it is not imperative as any necessary training will be provided.

Flexible with the ability to prioritise effectively.

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
