Are you educated to Degree level in software, technology or similar, passionate about customer support, possess strong IT skills and have great attention to detail? Are you interested in financial markets, financial data, charting and technical analysis?

If yes, let me introduce you to my client; a market- leading provider of stock market analysis software used by professionals to manage their investments. This great company has been voted UKs no.1 for the Best Investment Research& Data Software by Investors Chronicle and the Financial Times.

For their dynamic team, with the office in the City of London I am looking for Customer Support Assistant for Financial Support.

If YOU

Have an excellent written and spoken English
Possess strong IT skills
Take pride in your attention to details and have high degree of accuracy when performing data entry tasks
Are eager to learn and present "can do" attitude
Can remain calm in stressful situations
Have knowledge of Mac OS, IOS, Chrome OS
Have experience in customer service
Are highly presentable when client facing
Desire to constantly improve your skillsThe role is for YOU!

Day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

General admin duties (answering calls, monitoring emails, filling spreadsheets)
Provide customers using investment software with full support, across all channels (emails/tickets, telephone, voicemail, and online chat)
Escalation of bugs and errors to other departments
Software and network troubleshooting
Provide training on using software to new clients (on site or online)
Proactively reaching out to existing clients for refresher training (on site or online)
