Description

Your role as the Customer Service Representative based in the City of London is

Demonstrating a high quality of service in all customer interactions
Providing support for customers via phone, email
Promote products and provide knowledgeable guidance
Support with orders & queries
Resolving customer complaints
Data entry – Handle orders in and organised and logical manner
Ad-hoc administration tasksOther Details: Mon-Fri – 8:30am to 5:00pm – Full time. Office based
