Our client, an award winning professional services firm, are looking to recruit confident, articulate candidates on an 8 Month temporary contract.
They are seeking Customer Service Representatives to assist with a data validation project. You will be responsible for contacting existing customers via telephone to confirm and update their information and process requests for account closures as required
The successful candidate will possess:
* A confident telephone manner
* Accurate data entry skills
* A good eye for detail.
Previous experience in a call centre environment would be an advantage but is not essential.
The role is office based Monday-Friday, 35 hours 9am-5pm.
