Simon Acres Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for a forward thinking established company based in South Yorkshire, to find a Customer Service Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with high-energy looking to progress, ideally you will have experience in succession planning and you’re not afraid of a challenge.
Salary: paying up to £35,000 (depending on experience).
Working Hours (shift patterns):
Monday to Thursday 8.45am-5pm, Friday 8.45am-4pm
Monday to Thursday 8am-4.15pm, Friday 8am-3.15pm
Key responsibilities:
* Being responsible for all post order activity from call off stage through to occupied plots, includes Call off, Administration, Customer Care, Operations Controller
* Creating an managing effective KPIs
* Ensuring data entry task are processed accurately and in a timely manner
* Creating and empowering a culture of customer ownership and service delivery
* Developing and implementing Customer Frist and Right First-Time strategies
* Reviewing and implementing change within the Customer Care team
* Reviewing and approving customer care fitting costs to keep to an absolute minimum
* Invoicing in a timely manager and raising and approving purchase orders
* Regularly reviewing internal errors and putting plans in place to avoid these reoccurring
* Regularly meeting with customers to discuss service delivery
* Working closely and supporting the design team, sales team and Contract Managers
* Successfully recruit and retain staff
* Being responsible for ensuring that all new starts receive a full induction
* Managing the team performance through the use of training and development activities
* Monitoring and reviewing roles and performance in order to develop and retain high quality, motivated and committed staff
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous experience of working at a Senior Management level
* Experience of working within a busy operations department
* Experience in succession planning (desirable)
* High energy, inquisitive
* Sound experience/understanding of business analytics
* Computer literate with advanced systems usage
* Proven track record of change and performance delivery
* Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
* Ability to define and deliver continuous improvement initiatives, performance enhancements and overcome barriers to success
