Monday – Friday Hours

Wild are pleased to be recruiting for a Customer Service Agent to join a small but friendly team for a client based near Denmead. The successful candidate will enjoy working as a team, be confident speaking to customers over the phone and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Job Responsibilities

– Inbound customer service calls
– Handling complaints and general enquiries
– Running through applications with customers and accepting/rejecting depending on criteria
– Data entry into the in house system
– Corresponding with customers over the phone via telephone and emails
– Providing excellent levels of customer service to all customers

Skills Required

– Personable nature
– Customer Service experience
– Strong communication skills both written and verbal
– Able to work in a fast paced contact centre environment
– Team player
– Organised and strong attention to detail
