Overview
Red Recruitment Group urgently require two experienced customer service assistants for temporary to permanent contracts in Marchington.
The main role will be call handling, both inbound and outbound on a volume basis. Speaking with customers regarding collections and deliveries the company provide. A positive customer services attitude and telephone manner is essential to be successful in this role.
General data entry on Microsoft IT software such as work, outlook and excel. Updating client records as you go.
Temporary to permanent after 13 weeks.
Hours of work are:
Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00
£10.57 per hour (£22'000 per year)
