Role – Inbound customer service NO SALES CALLS!

Pay Rate : Min £10.64 per hour – £12.08 per hour depending on experience
Hours per Week: 35 Mon-Fri
Duration : 12 month ongoing temporary to permanent opportunity
Start date : 12/09/2022 or 21/09/2022
Working Hours : Rotational shifts between 08:00am – 18:00pm
Location: Edinburgh City Centre EH3
Training: 6-10 weeks PAID

– Taking high volume inbound calls. Dealing with a wide range of queries involving pensions, retirements and corporate accounts.
– Responsible for delivering exceptional service over the phone dealing with customers at first point of contact.
– Take ownership of customer problems solving them at first point of contact and escalate when required.
– Administration work – Sending emails, Processing work, Data entry.
