As one of the main points of contact for their customers, Agents support customers with enquiries about orders and deliveries and help to ensure that the customer has the best possible experience ordering from a wide range of products and services.
It's a busy, demanding job that will suit someone who can stay calm under pressure, enjoys the challenge of investigating and resolving customers' issues, has a pleasant telephone manner and is both quick and accurate with data entry.
The Role:
Maintaining accurate records within the database (Intact IQ)
Providing a high standard of customer service to our clients, involving resolving customer queries – investigating issues, liaising with all internal stakeholders
Operating the customer service order line and helpdesk via telephone and email
Meeting order and processing timelines (usually same day)
Ensuring orders comply with legislation
Processing orders accurately and completing the associated administration
