Customer Service Advisor

£11 per hour
Full Time Contract

Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Customer Service Advisor based in Uxbridge. This is a temporary three month rolling contract, which will continue to be extended along side the clients needs.

Responsibilities include:

Dealing with inbound calls in an efficient, professional and courteous manner.
Signposting for services across the client base
Dealing with occasional complaints, and escalating complaints to senior management when required
Data entry, and general administrative duties
Skills and experience required:

Previous experience within a contact centre or call centre environment
Excellent telephone manner
Ability to deal with information efficiently and effectively
Good I.T and communication skills.
We are ideally looking for a candidate to start immediately.
