Heels and Brogues group are currently working with an established client in Stockton, looking to expand their customer service administrative team.

The role

* Position: Customer Service Administrator

* Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

* Salary: From £9.50 to £10.50

* You will work a variety of shifts a week between 8am-10pm up to 8 hours per day.

The position

The role of Telesales/Administrator is to take orders over the telephone to be able to translate the needs of our customers into sales opportunities.

* Process orders

* Invoice the customer

* Serve the customer face to face

* Provide a high level of customer support and satisfaction

* Providing the customer with the promotional offers and information

* Liaise with all other depts as and when needed

* Maintain & update customer data in Sage

* Monitor and check customer accounts status (on stop) before placing orders

* Retain information & Confidentiality

The ideal candidate

* Experience in a similar role.

* Previously worked with Sage.

* Comfortable making outbound telephone calls.

* data entry experience.

* High level of accuracy.

* Flexible to meet the demands of the business
