Overview

Customer service advisors required for a friendly and busy team, based in modern new office based on the outskirts of Norwich (near to the airport).
The working hours are 36.5 hours a week, shifts are allocated across the following days, up to 4 weeks in advance.
* Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 7.00pm
* Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm
* Saturday 9.00am – 1.30pm (rotational Saturdays
The salary for this role rises to £22,200 per annum (payable monthly) after a successful 6m probation period.

* Initial paid annual holiday is 22 days + 8 Bank Holidays (30 days), however, from 1st January 2023, holiday is increasing to all staff to 25 days + 8 Bank holidays = 33 days

As a customer service advisor, you will be working as part of a team to support customer orders and queries via different communication platforms, telephone calls, emails, live web chat and occasionally via letter. (this role involves no cold calling!).

· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
· Good data entry and typing skills.
· Computer literate and knowledge of windows-based programs.
