As the Customer Service Advisor, you will enjoy speaking with customers and proactively solving issues.
We are looking for a strong communicator, ideally from a B2B background, who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone and email
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Data entry in various platforms
Complaint handling and resolution
Qualifications
At least 1 – 3 years' of relevant work experience
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work
