This is a permanent role for a Customer Service Advisor to join a Tamworth based team working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm. In-house training will be provided
As a Customer Service Advisor your responsibilities will include:
* Handling incoming telephone calls and assist customers with their enquiries.
* Diagnosing and resolving any issues
* Dealing with complaints and escalate if necessary
* Data entry into company system Salesforce
* Placing customer orders
We are keen to speak to people about this Customer Service Advisor opportunity with the following skills and experience:
* Customer service background would be an advantage
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Confident working within a contact centre environment
* Good level of IT skills, Including MS packages and salesforce
In return you will receive a salary of £22,000 pa.
