A Housing Organisation based in Kent are expanding their team and seeking Customer Service Advisors.

They are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a customer focused drive.

This role will involve:

* Working in the customer service team to provide effective and efficient first line contact and resolution services

* Ensuring customer insight, engagement and maximising digital services

* Carrying out a range of administrative duties including data entry, filing and scanning

* Working alongside the wider organisation to provide a customer focused service

* Hybrid working

The ideal candidate:

* Previous experience of working in a busy and fast-paced customer service environment

* A passion for customer service delivery with a positive attitude

* Ability to solve problems efficiently and effectively

* Good written and oral communication skills

* Exceptional time management and organisational skills

Please note that previous experience within the Housing industry is desirable
