Overview
Customer Service Administrators required for the UK's leading facilities management and professional services company. The business look after a large, diverse, blue-chip customer base, from banks and retailers, to hospitals, schools, and government offices. The Company put their customers at the heart of everything they do and are keen to hire a team of people who are passionate to deliver 1st class customer service. You'll be the initial point of contact between the business and their employees, recording all information for health and safety. It'll be up to you keep accurate records and process information correctly, handle their issues, and ensure their requests and queries are dealt with professionally.
This role would suit someone with an administrative background, with accurate processing skills and a keen eye for detail, however full training can be provided for someone keen to start a career within administration. A competitive salary of up to GBP19k is offered for the role
What will you be doing as a Customer Service Administrator?
· Undertake a range of clerical & administrative duties within a department
· Process a wide range of documents & information received from a range of sources, including reconcile records to ensure accuracy of data & the system
· Identify & carry out initial investigation into discrepancies, involving statistical information or document control
· Collate & extract data and produce routine reports, schedules, summaries & letters for internal circulation or for customers & suppliers
· Build relationships with customers & suppliers, and exchange information to clarify a situation
· Verify and obtain information for incorrect or incomplete documents
· File documents and keep filing systems up to date
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
· Previous experience working within administration and processing data would be an advantage, however, is not essential as full training can be offered
· Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbally
· Good grammatical and numerical skills
· Must be passionate to provide excellent customer service
· Following processes and working towards strict service level agreements
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to work well under pressure
· Forward thinking and able to use own initiative
· Your previous roles could have included Administrator, Administration Assistant, Customer Service Administrator, Processing Clerk, Data Entry, Data Processer, Inputting Clerk, Office Administrator, Office Assistant, Trainee Administrator
