Customer Service Administrator

Salary: £21,000 – £28,000 (DOE) + Benefits + Pension

Hours: 8am till 5pm or 9am till 6pm – must be flexible to do both

Monday to Friday

Location: Guildford

My client who are based in Guildford are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator who is experienced in Word, Excel and Outlook. My client requires the successful candidate to have strong verbal and written communication, customer service skills, ability to work as part of a team and on their own, strong time management skills and able to prioritise workload within a busy office environment.

Duties:

Answering calls and responding to queries from customers and clients by phone or email

Loading and managing the lifecycle of jobs in ServicePro (Scheduler) ensuring they progress through each stage

ServicePro 'housekeeping' to ensure jobs are progressed and closed out for invoicing

Assisting a specific Contract Manager and the wider team with contract queries and Excel reporting

Assisting the business with preparing quotes, estimates and valuations

Planning reactive and routine maintenance visits using scheduling software

Liaising with Managers, Supervisors and Engineers regarding workload

Data entry

Requirements:

Comfortable in dealing directly with clients

Organised with an eye for detail

Confident and professional telephone manner

Eligible to work in UK without requiring employer sponsorship

Ideally experienced within the facilities or social housing maintenance sector
