12 month contract – potential to be permanent

Hybrid working

We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to work in a busy office in Bracknell. This role offers hybrid working after successful training. You'll have administrative experience, strong customer service skills, personable and professional. This role offers progression and the view to be permanent.

This role is administration based, with the occasional telephone customer query. This is not a call centre role.

Duties will include, however not limited to;

Order processing
Customer query handling
Basic reporting
Customer premises validation
Data entry of orders
Releasing orders and sending out notifications of orders
Identify order issues and rectify
Monitor orders and cash flow
