Overview
My client is a leading Design and Build firm, specialising in the high end office fitout market and is looking to expand their team!
The Role:
– Drafting and revising contracts
– Ensuring all contracts are accurate and relevant documentation is correct and updated
– Building strong relationships with clients and all stakeholders
– Developing plans to fit the schedule of works
– Identify ways to increase efficiency and productivity
– Correspond with all stakeholders to document all activities
– Compile and deliver presentations to clients and suppliers when/if required
– Collect and collate data for forecasting and planning purposes
The candidate:
– Excellent problem-solving skills
– Worked as a contracts manager within the UK's Design and Build industry on Office Fitouts (CAT B / A)
– Strong construction industry knowledge
– Stable CV with past experiences (Not jumpy)
– Perfect written and verbal communication skills
