The Role:

The successful compliance officer will have a minimum of 1 years' experience in compliance, ideally education compliance however, we are open to receive applications from people within different sectors that have transferable skills. Your role will include:

Dealing with compliance queries

Uploading candidate documentation

Data entry of candidate details on to database

Chasing references and outstanding documentation

Process DBS

Checking packs

Assisting with operational duties

Support the compliance manager in duties

Oversee the pending list

Vision Teaching is passionate about supporting the communities and children we work with to improve education by providing over £60,000 of laptops and devices to disadvantaged children in lockdown, providing over 6000 meals and food parcels to the Felix projects to support families across London, provide free CPD training for all educators and we are the only agency to provide subsided housing to educators in London.

We take our role as recruiters very seriously, which starts with our consultants profiling the needs of their partner schools and taking detailed requirements for opportunities. This ensures we are able to consistently make great matches, with the assistance of our bespoke CRM to ensure we are only recruiting and selecting the highest quality Educators, to provide the results pupils need to get the education they deserve
