Compliance Administrator – Leicester
Degree-Six Recruitment are a Social Care and Education that specialises within children’s mental health and disability sector. Established in 2014, DegreeSix have grown year on year and now are one the UK’s biggest providers of specialist staffing within the sector. Due to our growth, we are looking to expand our compliance team. Our compliance team play a pivotal part in our operations, ensuring that all candidates placed by Degree Six are vetted thoroughly.
The responsibilities of the role are as follows:
* Ensuring candidates can start work in timely fashion
* Managing personnel files for workers
* Building rapport with candidates
* Adding information to our database
* Obtaining reference for all new workers
* Ensuring candidates can start work in timely fashion
* Process DBS applications / police checks
* Setup e-learning courses for workers
* Data entry and management
The successful candidate will have:
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* High standards of verbal and written communication skills in English
* Good organisational skills
* Confident telephone manner
* An ability to work independently within agreed deadlines
* IT literate

Salary: £18,300 per annum
