Due to continued growth, we are looking for Buyer's Admin Assistant to join our fabulous client's busy team.

Key Tasks:

Working with the senior buying and product development team to create exciting new product ranges.
Data entry, creating costing sheets accurately to submit to the senior buying team for sign off.
Critical path management, ensuring all key dates are adhered to
Sample management, including tracking, unpacking/packing and sending out samples when required
Working with suppliers to ensure all samples are present for range selection and photography dates in line with critical path
Resolving day-to-day queries, collating and submitting sample and pricing feedback
Create new Stock keeping units's and Purchase orders's on internal systems, ensuring all information is complete, updated and 100% accurate
Assist with online and in-store product research
Any other administration duties as required
Liaising with the UK warehouse on any queries or issues
Working alongside the sales team to complete administration tasksSkills:

Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Outlook.
Keen attention to detail and accuracy
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
Capable of thriving in fast paced environments
Methodical and organised
