Driver Hire Bristol are looking for Business Development Executive to join our family run business in North Bristol.
We want to hear from you if you have transferable skills or industry knowledge and want to forge a career in the recruitment sector.
As a Business development executive you will be responsible for:
* Researching potential customers in the market and creating a prospect database
* Making contact through a variety of mediums including outgoing calls, email marketing, social media (training given)
* Developing contacts with relevant decision makers in the industry and making appointments to secure new business
* Using our ongoing training and support to build a strong understanding of recruitment and the transport industry
* General administration duties including data entry of client information
* Developing relationships with clients to help them fulfil their requirements and explore additional requirements
You will need to have the following:
* A strong communicator with excellent written skills
* Desire to progress and grow
* Hunger to meet targets and earn bonuses
* Persistent
* Proactive
* Have great attention to detail
* Great customer service skills
* Recruitment or resourcing experience is preferable but not essential
* Preferably customer service experience
* Ability to manage your own time and work unsupervised
Hours and Benefits
Monday to Friday
9am – 5pm
Flexible approach to work and managing own time
£27,500 per annum basic salary ++ uncapped commission. OTE £35,000 year 1.
