We are now working with a fantastic company within the Automotive Industry, looking for a strong administrator to join their friendly team. you will work under the Product, Marketing and QA department.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join them working as a Business Administrator to provide quality support to a variety of departments, lots of autonomy and a focussed approach.

Key responsibilities of Business Administrator

* Data entry – Sales Reports, creating presentations and spreadsheets, Customer portals, databases

* Managing and co-ordinating queries to relevant departments

* Administering product documentation, working with internal and external stakeholders.

* Supporting Quality Management System.

* Preparing for company events and media

Key Skills for a Business Administrator

* Previous administration experience essential (1 year)

* Microsoft Proficient – Word, Excel, Outlook (and Adobe)

* Exceptionally organised, excellent attention to detail and efficient

* Confident in communicating with other departments, good use of initiative

* Team Player, friendly, passionate and a ‘can do’ attitude
